Operating Model

I've spent fifteen years working in environments where the signals are behavioral, the constraints are political or cultural, and the cost of misreading is high.

The through-line across social science research, crisis government operations, AI product systems, and behavioral lifecycle work isn't domain breadth. It's a consistent operating pattern: identify the underlying dynamics early, structure them into something actionable, and build systems that hold under pressure. The domains changed. The underlying problem didn't.

In practice, that means three things:

  • Reading behavioral and organizational signals early, before they become visible problems;
  • Translating ambiguous or contested environments into structured, executable decisions;
  • Building systems and operational structures that remain coherent as they scale.

The work in this portfolio reflects three environments where that capacity was tested under materially different constraints — AI product systems at regional scale, behavioral segmentation under a growth plateau, and operational systems built from zero under active institutional pressure. The cases are different. The operating logic is the same.

Currently focused on AI product systems, trust-sensitive environments, and cross-functional complexity where the human dimension of the system is as important as the technical one.
